Warrior Movement — Strength, Centering, Flow

A dynamic 75-minute class blending strength, stillness, and martial grounding. We begin with a guided warm-up to mobilize joints and awaken the breath, then move into Zhan Zhuang standing practice to cultivate rooted power, posture, and inner calm. From there we progress through basic kung fu stance work to build leg strength, alignment, and martial resilience. The session culminates with instruction and guided practice of the first three forms from the 13 Lohan qigong set—integrating intentional movement, breath coordination, and energetic refinement to boost stamina, focus, and embodied presence.
