Warrior Movement

A community practice supporting veterans, first responders, and civilians through movement, presence, and service.

The Mission

Warrior Movement was created to support veterans, active duty service members, and first responders through a transition that is often deeply misunderstood - not only through acupuncture care, but by reconnecting to community, purpose, and inner stability through a shared Warrior Movement practice.

Service is built around structure, shared mission, and absolute trust — knowing who stands beside you, who has your back, and what is being asked of you. For many, that environment also demands a level of responsibility and performance where the stakes are high and mistakes carry real consequences.

Stepping away from that world can leave a gap that goes far beyond stress or physical strain. Purpose becomes harder to find. Standards can be misaligned. Relationships can feel distant or difficult to navigate. What once made sense no longer fits easily into civilian life.

Warrior Movement exists to meet that gap with respect and understanding and where that transition is met with respect, presence, and shared practice.

This work is about paying it forward — as a community.

Training Side by Side

The Warrior Movement class brings together veterans, first responders, and members of the general public in a shared space of training and practice.

Those who have served bring lived experience, discipline, and resilience.
Those joining in support bring openness, curiosity, and the willingness to show up.

Together, we practice:

  • Movement rooted in martial and internal arts

  • Breath and nervous system regulation

  • Presence, awareness, and grounded strength

This is not about “fixing” anyone.
It’s about standing together, learning from one another, and rebuilding steadiness through consistent practice.

The Warrior Movement Class

The Warrior Movement class is open to the public and free for veterans, active duty service members, and first responders.

Classes focus on:

  • Foundational movement and posture

  • Breath work and internal regulation

  • Developing calm strength and resilience

  • Training the nervous system out of chronic stress response

Participants support the mission simply by showing up — and by sharing space with those the program exists to serve.

In addition to movement practice, Warrior Movement helps make acupuncture treatments accessible to veterans and first responders through community support and donations.

These treatments focus on:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Stress, trauma, and fatigue

  • Supporting recovery and long-term resilience

Every contribution helps provide care at low or no cost to those who have served.

From Those Who Have Served

“ I want anyone visiting Stillpoint Acupuncture & Healing Arts to know the depth of Eran’s character and his unwavering commitment to the veteran community. I got to know Eran when he stepped up to support my friend Lawrence Miller, a former special operations veteran, during the final 24-hour, 40-mile push of his 200-mile Trek For Vets across Michigan to raise awareness for struggling veterans. Lawrence’s body was battered—his feet in agony after 160 miles in 10 days—but Eran showed up like a true professional, ready with his acupuncture needles to help if needed. That kind of dedication speaks volumes.

As a Navy SEAL veteran, I hold immense respect for anyone who supports our special operations community, veterans, police, and first responders—whether civilian, contractor, or military. Eran’s actions go beyond words. His new program to provide acupuncture for veterans through donations is a game-changer, offering real healing for those of us dealing with the physical and mental toll of service. I rely on acupuncture every three weeks for my osteoarthritis in my shoulder and lower back, and it’s been the most effective treatment I’ve found—boosting my energy, flexibility, and mobility in ways I feel every day.

Eran’s expertise in Chinese medicine and holistic healing, combined with his heart for veterans and first responders, makes him a rare gem. Getting to know him has been a privilege, and I’m inspired by his mission to help us heal. I’m spreading the word about this program to every veteran I know. Thank you, Eran, for honoring our sacrifices with action and care. Keep shining! Love you, Brother. Gratitude “
