Care for Veterans & First Responders
Supporting those who serve — and the families who carry the weight alongside them
Serving others requires strength, discipline, and resilience.
For many veterans and first responders, the impact of that service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.
At Stillpoint Acupuncture & Healing Arts, we offer acupuncture and healing support for veterans, active duty service members, and first responders — with care that respects your experience and meets you where you are.
This work is not about fixing or labeling.
It’s about restoring balance, rebuilding resilience, and supporting the nervous system after years of high demand, responsibility, and stress.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This care is for:
Veterans of all branches
Active duty service members
First responders, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, and related roles
Spouses and immediate family members, who are often deeply affected by the demands of service
Many who serve are used to operating under pressure, relying on trust, structure, and shared responsibility. Transitioning into civilian life — or continuing service without the same level of support — can create strain that shows up physically, emotionally, and relationally.
Acupuncture offers a quiet, non-verbal way to help the body and nervous system reset, without needing to explain or relive experiences
HOW ACUPUNCTURE & HEALING SUPPORT CAN HELP
Veterans and first responders commonly seek care for:
Chronic pain or lingering injuries
Sleep disruption and fatigue
Stress, anxiety, or nervous system overload
Difficulty unwinding or “shutting off”
Digestive issues, headaches, or tension
Emotional strain carried quietly over time
Acupuncture works by supporting the body’s natural regulatory systems — helping shift out of constant alertness and into a state where healing can occur.
Care is individualized, respectful, and paced according to what feels appropriate for you. Read a Navy SEAL testimony

THE ROLE OF COMMUNITY & PAYING IT FORWARD
Some, including veterans, first responders, and families choose to donate back to the support fund — especially those who are in a position to do so.
These contributions help make care accessible to others who may be struggling.
This is not expected, and never required.
It is simply one way the community supports itself.
If you feel called to contribute, your donation goes directly toward funding care for those who need it most.
CONNECTION TO WARRIOR MOVEMENT
In addition to individual care, veterans and first responders are invited to participate in the Warrior Movement class — a shared practice space that brings together service members and the wider community.
The class focuses on:
Grounding
Breath
Strength
Calm under pressure
Rebuilding trust and connection through movement
Participation is offered at no cost for veterans and first responders.
