A New Year, Practiced Daily

The New Year often arrives with big ideas and bold resolutions — promises to change everything at once. At Stillpoint Acupuncture & Healing Arts, we see this season a little differently. We believe true health is not built through pressure or extremes, but through steady care, daily awareness, and small, intentional choices made over time.

Rather than chasing perfection, we invite you to make your health an everyday practice. Regular acupuncture, mindful movement, nourishing food, quality rest, and moments of stillness all support the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and adapt.

Our Warrior Movement Classes, Qigong, and mindfulness practices are designed to calm the nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect you to your body — one breath at a time. When combined with consistent acupuncture care, these practices create a strong foundation for long-term wellbeing.

As we step into the New Year, we are deeply grateful for the support of our community. Through the Warrior Movement Program, we’ve raised $465 and together with dedicating 5% of our income it allowed us to provide 20 acupuncture treatments at no cost, along with reduced-cost care for veterans, active-duty service members, first responders. We recognize that families carry their own share of the emotional and physical challenges, and supporting them is also part of this work.

Looking ahead to 2026, our intention is to grow this program and expand our ability to offer more no-cost treatments to those who serve — and to those who support them behind the scenes.
