You don’t have to be a soldier to train like a warrior. Stillpoint Warriors Movement is a community movement class where we strengthen our bodies, steady our minds, and put our energy toward something bigger than ourselves: caring for the men and women who’ve served.

Led by me, Eran Reznik, this class blends qigong, meditation, and functional movement with the ancient art of swinging clubs, maces, and meels. We move together, breathe together, and leave stronger — all while raising funds for veteran care.

What we do:

  • Qigong & breathwork — calm the nervous system, improve focus.

  • Guided meditation — simple, no-fluff tools you can use daily.

  • Club & mace training — build mobility, strength, and coordination.

  • Mindful movement — reconnect to your body in a safe, supportive way.

Who it’s for:

  • Veterans & first responders — this is your space, free of charge.

  • Anyone who wants to improve their health, learn practical skills, and support a worthy cause.

  • People curious about qigong, traditional strength training, or just looking for a community that actually shows up for each other.

Details:

  • When: Saturday mornings, 08:00

  • Where: Gunner Mettala Park, Wixom, MI (outdoors; moving indoors as funding allows)

  • Cost: Pay-what-you-can. 100% of donations fund free/low-cost acupuncture treatments for veterans.

  • What to bring: Comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind. Equipment provided.

Why join:
Every time you show up, you’re helping a veteran get the care they need. You’re also training your own body and mind in ways that are fun, challenging, and deeply rewarding. This is about becoming stronger together — not just for ourselves, but for the people who’ve carried heavy burdens for all of us.
